Philosophy: The Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Program is a cooperative effort on the part of the Army and Lakeland Senior High School.  The focus of the J.R.O.T.C. is to prepare high school students for responsible leadership roles, good citizenship, and respect for constituted authority which ultimately benefits the individual, community, and nation. The mission of JROTC is "to motivate young people to be better citizens".
